Future Self Embodiment Method™ Private Mentorship



These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Future Self Embodiment Method™ Private Mentorship (the “Program”) offered by Marie Kueny (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying for, purchasing, or participating in the Program, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following terms.


1. Program Description


The Program is a six (6) month private mentorship experience that may include, but is not limited to:


Biweekly one-on-one coaching sessions


Messaging and/or voice note support between sessions


Lifetime access to The Future Self Portal


Access to virtual group sessions with guest experts


Priority invitations to retreats and events


Program details are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company.


2. Eligibility


By participating in the Program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.


3. Payment Terms


The total Program fee is $5,555 USD unless otherwise specified in writing.


If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all payments in full according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Program.


All payments are non-refundable.



4. No Refund Policy


Due to the nature of coaching and digital content, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided under any circumstances.


5. Scheduling and Cancellations


Sessions will be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times.


A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested for rescheduling.


Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.


The Company is not obligated to reschedule missed sessions.


6. Communication and Support


The Program may include access to messaging and/or voice note support between sessions. Communication is provided during standard business hours.


The Company reserves the right to set and adjust boundaries around communication at its discretion.


7. Pause Policy


Requests to pause participation in the Program may be considered in extenuating circumstances and are granted solely at the Company’s discretion.


Approval of a pause does not guarantee an extension of the Program duration.


8. Intellectual Property


All content, materials, methodologies, and frameworks provided in the Program, including but not limited to The Future Self Embodiment Method™, The Future Self Portal, and all associated resources, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.


You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.


9. Confidentiality


The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information shared during the Program, except where disclosure is required by law.


You agree to respect the confidentiality of any group discussions, materials, or other participants


10. No Guarantees


The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Individual results will vary based on numerous factors, including but not limited to your participation, commitment, and personal circumstances.


11. Disclaimer


The Program is intended for educational and personal development purposes only.


It does not constitute therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other professional service. You are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed professionals where needed.


12. Assumption of Risk


You acknowledge that participation in the Program involves personal reflection and change, which may include emotional discomfort. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

13. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.


The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Program.


14. Termination


The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in behavior that is disruptive, inappropriate, or not aligned with the integrity of the Program.


No refunds will be issued in such cases.


15. Governing Law


This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.



16. Entire Agreement


These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior communications or agreements.


17. Acknowledgment


By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
